All RUSH Service orders must ship by UPS Next Day Air Saver. No RUSH Service is available for ground, 2nd, 3rd day, or international shipments. |

| If you submit a RUSH Service order, we will automatically charge UPS Next Day Air Saver rates except for areas in the one day delivery area from our zip code of 92688. | |||||
| RUSH Service details: | |||||
| 1. | RUSH Service is available PROVIDED we have the paper design you are ordering in stock at the time your web order is received. We will notify you ASAP if the paper is not in stock. | ||||
| 2. | Within two business days** of the receipt of your order, your FREE typeset proof will be available on-line by logging into My Account. You are required to approve your proof before your order can print and ship. | ||||
| **Example: If your order is received on Monday, you will receive a FREE typeset proof before 5:00 p.m. PST Tuesday. RUSH Service excludes holidays and weekends. | |||||
| 3. | Upon receipt of your timely approval, your order will be scheduled for printing: | ||||
| A. | The same business day, IF your approval is received before 9:00 a.m. PST. | ||||
| B. | The next business day, IF approval is received after 9:00 a.m. PST. | ||||
| C. | Any and all changes to your typeset proof will delay the printing and shipping of your order by at least one business day. Assembly, if ordered, requires 2 extra business days. | ||||
| D. | Your order will ship within one business day of the day it prints. | ||||
| Once the RUSH Service fee has been charged, it is not refundable for any reason, including your delayed response to our FREE typeset proof or a delayed delivery of your order by the carrier. No exceptions. | |||||
| RUSH Service is only available on paper we have in stock at the time your order is received. Although we try to keep all designs in stock, our inventory moves very quickly from one day to the next. You will be notified on your order's My Account of any issues with your order. | |||||
