  Can I get a catalog?
    We do not have paper catalogs available for one very great reason...

 We add new designs almost weekly!

   

Just look for the

design tags.
     
    We have so many new things, a paper catalog would be obsolete before we could even get it printed...it would greatly add to the cost of our product...and a catalog would take weeks if not months to complete and then the newest designs we get weekly wouldn't even be included. We have chosen to get the latest and greatest new products to our customers almost the day we receive them or design them by putting them on our website immediately. Be sure to bookmark us and visit often!

  Does it really take 3-5 days to process my order?
    A lot of the timing on processing your order is up to you. If you are ordering custom printed items that receive a proof, we will send you a FREE typeset proof to approve within 2-3 business days.  Did you give us the right e-mail address to receive your proof?  Did you reply right away with an OK to print?  Any delay in replying will slow down your order.  Did you pre-order so that we have reserved the paper for your order?  We say up to 5 days, but that's really dependent upon you. We don't like to hold up an order any more than you want to wait for it. Your quick response to our e-mail proof can definitely speed up the process.

  Do I get to see my order before it prints?
    Of course!  We want to get your order perfect the first time so we send you a FREE e-mail typeset proof of your order. The proof shows exactly what your order will look like when it prints.  We do require you to respond to our e-mail with your "Ok to print", or "OK to print with these changes" (and list the changes).  It is important to proof EVERY word as if there are any errors or typos on the copy you sent us, those errors could also be on the FREE typeset proof we have e-mailed to you. Also, if you want a saying or verse on your card and you did not type as part of the message to be printed and you do not see it on your FREE typeset proof, it will not appear on your final printed order.  Reprints are no fun for anyone, they can be costly and they take time to reprint, ship and receive.

  Why don't I see all the images on my monitor right away?
    Unfortunately, our site has to be loaded with lots of graphics for you to see our products! And sadly, even though we have uploaded these images in the smallest size possible to still retain the clarity of the designs, on a 56K modem or slower, this could take a few minutes to load. You will see all the titles of the designs begin to display first, then the images will begin to appear starting at the top of the page.  With all the wonderful things we have to see, we're sure the time it takes to load our beautiful graphics will be worth the wait--so sit back with your coffee, get comfortable, and enjoy shopping from the comfort of your own home.

  Can I get samples of the cards that are on your site?
    We realize some companies offer free samples and other companies charge for every sample you request.  Our inventory changes so dramatically that we have decided not to offer samples, but instead to sell lots of high quality items that display on our site large enough for everyone to see the beautiful details immediately, when you want them, while you're shopping.  (Just click on the small pictures and they will enlarge.)

  How do I get to the Order Form on the website?
    When you find the design you want to order, click on the small thumbnail picture and it will enlarge.  Under the large picture, you will find pricing information for printed cards (and blank if available), what font was used on the printed sample shown, matching notecards, (if available), and to get to the order form exclusive to the design or notecard you have selected, just click on the "Order Now" icon below the item you want to order:

  Why can't I compose a proof of my order on the screen when I order it on line?
    We know the latest trend is to see your message on the card you have selected when you order it, but we feel that anyone can sell paper, what you're hired us to do is professionally typeset your order...and that's what we do, individually, one order at a time.  Our final product is superior to website-created proofs and we know you'll agree when you see your FREE proof that it was worth the wait for professional typesetting.

  Can I phone in my order?
    All orders need to be submitted through our website. This allows us to process your order much faster. And because all the information was typed in by you, errors are eliminated during processing and typesetting. If you feel more comfortable, you can call us with your credit card information after you have submitted the order through the website at 800-400-2269.

  What is the weight of the paper?
    The average paper weight of the paper we carry, and the standard of the industry, is 80 pound cover stock. The weight of the paper stock used on our site varies from 65 pound cover stock (the lightest weight we carry) and up. (No adjustments or refunds will be made due to the paper weight of any design shown on our site.)  If you are concerned about any aspect of the design you are ordering such as the design on the envelopes, colors, etc., please let us know at the time you submit your order. Most of this information is shown on the page with the design. We cannot guarantee that any design will not be changed between the time you see it on our site and the time the stock arrives at our facility, but we make every effort to keep our products updated on our site. No adjustments or refunds will be made regarding any change in any aspect of a design, paper quality or weight, and/or envelopes colors or designs on envelopes.

  How do I know you have the design I want in stock?
    We try to have all the designs on our website in stock all the time, but in the event we need to order the design you selected, and we will not receive it within the 3-5 business days required to process your order, we will notify you by e-mail of the anticipated time your order may be delayed, if any.

  What wording can I use?
    We offer totally custom printing! Pick ANY DESIGN on our site and put ANY WORDING on it! Use them for birth announcements, party invitations, luaus, weddings or BBQs--just change the wording.

You get to choose what's printed on your announcement or invitation. If you like one of our sayings, use it! If you want to create your own, feel free! Use a saying we have from another card--it’s totally up to you. Use what we have on the card as a guideline as to how many lines will fit on a card. We only ask that you use good judgment and not ask us to print too much information in a very small amount of space.

  Can I get my envelopes early?
    YES!  Just pre-order the paper stock, select the envelopes early option in the shipping section of the ordering process, and we’ll send your envelopes right away for a minimal shipping fee.

  What if I need to make changes on my announcement or invitation after I see the proof?
    Please “reply” to our FREE e-mail typeset proof, tell us the changes that you have, and that your "order is okay to print with the corrections" you have e-mailed. We will make the corrections and send your order to the printing department. Requesting another proof could also further delay the printing of your order by 1-2 days depending on the reason for another proof. Any additional proofs are at a cost of $10.00 each.

  What kind of changes can I make to my proof?
    When you give us the information to typeset, it should be complete and in the font you want for your final order. Changes should only need to be made to spelling or minor content changes.

Font Change: After the first free proof has been e-mailed to you, we will change the font one time at no charge--there is no second proof sent as the purpose of the proof is correct content and spelling. If you require a proof after a font change, there is a cost of $10.00 and the printing of your order will be delayed at least 24 hours.

Any other font changes are at an additional charge of $7.50 each. A font change may delay your order at least 24 hours.

  What if I do not receive an e-mail verification of my order?
    Only custom printing on birth announcements and/or party invitations receive a FREE e-mailed verification of the typeset order due to the amount of information we are printing. You will receive a FREE e-mailed typeset of your order within 2-3 business days.

There is no typeset proof sent on orders for:  blank paper (no information to verify it's OK to print), thank you notes, return addresses on envelopes, address labels, stationery and Christmas photo cards.  As most of these items are only a few words or lines, we take the information EXACTLY as you have submitted it and print without verifications. Please proof read the information before you submit it. If you require an proof of any of the items listed here, there is a $10.00 charge.

Also, if you did not end on a "Thank You, your order has been received" page that recapping your order and includes an order number after you click on the "Submit Order" icon, we will not receive your order. Please make sure you go through all the steps until you see the final "Thank You" page that also gives you an order number. Please be sure to print out the final "Thank You" page for your reference and order number.

  Is there any other quantity discounts after 100 pieces?
    Our next price break is at 500 pieces. Please e-mail us with your information such as how many you need, the date of the party, and the date you wish to mail them. Please allow a few days for us to get all the information for you and we will e-mail you a quote.

  What if there is an error in my order when I receive it?
    Unfortunately, there are occasions when errors occur.  If the product you receive has a printing error that was caused by our printing process, we will happily replace your order at no charge. If the paper design is in stock, your order usually prints and ships within one business day. Your replacement order will be shipped to you the same method as your original order. (If you requested UPS ground, the reprint will be shipped by UPS Ground. You can upgrade the shipping at an additional cost.)

We cannot replace the cards if the mistake was on copy you sent us, or was not caught and changed when you examined the FREE e-mail proof we sent you. If you OK your order to print with the error as shown on the proof, your order will be reprinted within 48 hours (provided the paper design is in stock) at full price less 20% plus shipping and California sales tax, if applicable.  We may send a UPS Call-Tag, at our expense, to retrieve the cards from you. Other than stated here, no refunds or returns are allowed on personalized items.
