We do not have a mail holiday catalog
available. We have chosen to get the latest and greatest new
products to our customers almost the day we receive them or design them
by putting them on our website immediately. Be sure to bookmark us and
visit often!

Can I get my envelopes early
to address them? |
| |
|
If you are pre-ordering birth announcements, we can send your envelopes
early if they are available. If we have to order your paper
design, the envelopes may not be available to ship early or they may be
delayed 1-2 weeks. All other envelopes will be shipped with the
completed order (such as holiday photo cards or holiday invitations).

Why should I pre-order
holiday items? |
| |
|
Our holiday items move very, very quickly.
We suggest that you pre-order or
place a completed order as early as possible so that your favorite
design can be reserved for you. If you are ordering holiday
invitations, pre-order the paper
design and email us the party information to be printed at a later date
by completing the
Complete Pre-Order Form. If you are ordering holiday photo
cards, pre-order them and we will ship them as soon as the cards are
available (usually after October 1st.)

What does it mean if on the photo card description the greeting is
"Spiral, Circular, Square, or Horizontal?
|

In order to accommodate either horizontal or
vertical photos, photo cards will have their greetings in various shapes
so that no matter the orientation of your photo, the card will work.
Some greetings form a circle, a square, a spiral or if the greeting is
displayed horizontally on the page, the photo must be horizontal also.

Most photos will accommodate a 3.5" by 5" or
a 4" x 6" photo. Photo sizes are detailed on each card's
description.

Do I get to see my order before it prints? |
| |
|
Photo cards: There is no proof
sent on photo cards. We take the information submitted on your
order form and print your order exactly as it was submitted.
Please proof read all information to be printed before you submit
your order. Reprints are no fun for anyone and will be at full
cost.
Holiday Invitations: A FREE e-mail typeset proof
is sent on holiday invitations and birth announcements only. The proof shows exactly what
your order will look like when it prints. We do require you to
respond to our e-mail with your "Ok to print", or "OK to print with
these changes" (and list the changes). It is important to proof
EVERY word as if there are any errors or typos on the copy you sent us,
those errors could also be on the FREE typeset proof we have e-mailed
to you. Reprints
are no fun for anyone, they can be costly and they take time to reprint,
ship and
receive.

How long does it take to get
my order? |

If you pre-order your photo cards, we
will begin shipping blank and custom printed orders on or before October
15th. If you have not pre-ordered, you will receive an estimated
ship date on your emailed invoice. This date is only an estimate
and is not guaranteed. If you
pre-order holiday invitations, you will receive a FREE proof
within 3-5 business days from the date we receive your information to be
printed. If you have not pre-ordered, you will receive an
