Now what happens with my order?
       
FREE Proof:   Within 2-3 business days of the receipt of your information, we e-mail you the typeset of exactly how your order will look after it is printed.

You MUST REPLY and verify the proof is OK to PRINT exactly as shown on the e-mail or state "Ok to print with these changes," and list any changes you may have. Changes to your order can delay its printing, so please review all the information for accuracy before you submit this form.

   

 

There are NO e-mail proofs sent of thank you notes, notecards, personal stationery, envelope return addresses, address labels, Candy Bar WrapIts, or Christmas Photo cards. We take EXACTLY what you have submitted on your web order to do the typesetting, so please proofread the information carefully before you submit your order.

 
Printing:

 

After you OK your order to print, it is scheduled with our printing department. Your order is usually printed within 1-3 business days of the receipt of your OK to print. Shipping time is additional. Any changes or requests for another proof will delay the printing. If you choose to have us assemble your order, shipping will be delayed one business day.
 

 

 

(Saturdays and Sundays are not included in this time.)

 
Shipping:   We ship from our facility in Southern California. Any shipping time required to get from our location in Southern California to your location is in addition to our processing time. Based on the UPS GROUND TRANSIT MAP, you may want to upgrade your shipping to Next, 2nd or 3rd day UPS so that you receive your order on time.
      UPS does not guarantee GROUND residential delivery times and makes no refunds or credits for any delays incurred for any reason including misrouting.
