Process & Ship my Order?
PROCESSING TIME:
We
try to have all designs in stock, but in the event we are temporarily
out of stock on the paper design you have selected, we will contact you
with an expected delivery time. If time is short, you might want
to consider ordering one of our exclusive designs as they are always in
stock.
Printed Order
Orders for
printed items will ship within 3-5* business
days from our Southern California location provided
you have approved your typeset within that time frame.
*this is only an estimate, not a
guaranteed ship date.
Your FREE typeset proof will be
available to approve within 2-3 business days by click on the My
Order Status button.
Your order usually prints within 1-2
business days of the receipt of your approval to print.
Shipping transit time is in addition to our order processing time. See the transit map above
for transit times. (Transit times do not include weekends/holidays.)
Blank Stock
Orders for
blank stock (no printing required) will ship within 3 business
days from Southern California unless the items are out of
stock. We will notify you by email as soon as possible of any
items that will not ship within 3 business days. Transit time is
in addition to our order processing time. (Transit time does not
include weekends/holidays.)
No proofs are sent on these items
There is NO
PROOF of thank you notes, notecards, stationery, envelope return addresses,
address labels and Photo
Christmas Cards. These are items are typeset with the EXACT information
you submitted on the web order form and printed. PLEASE PROOF READ
all information (every word) carefully before you submit your order.
If an order is cancelled after it has been
processed, there is a non-refundable $25 cancellation fee and a 20%
restocking fee~no exceptions.
Orders cannot be cancelled after
they have been approved for printing.
Rush Service fees are not refundable for
any reason.
