We see many people use the phrase "Please RSVP", but that's actually redundant using the "Please" before "RSVP" because you are then saying "Please respond if you please." It's better to just say "RSVP by ..." or "RSVP to 555-2944" and leave off the redundant "Please". RSVP cards or response cards are a must when you require a head count for any reason, especially if you need to do seating arrangements. Make sure your response cards are easy to understand and include a stamped, self-addressed return envelope (we can print your return address on them or you can attach address labels to the front or print them yourself) to make your guests' reply super easy.
